I wish I could give this 0 stars. Installed (and reinstalled) 3 times. The app wasn't able to connect my email address and pw. Phoned AARP - they told me to uninstall and reinstall. Useless app.

I am a AARP Member and I'm fell into a situation with Consumer Cellular that AARP advertises. I felt as though I can trust them because of AARP. Well that was a big mistake and ended filing a complaint two separate times. I am told by AARP that someone will contact me and I have not heard from anyone since. it's been just about two months. I try to contact AARP and I keep being told that someone will call me and no one does. Why do I keep paying for a service that does not advocate for me.
